Delivery, Returns & Cancellation
Delivery
All orders placed with our free delivery service are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked which takes between 2-3 Days. We offer the optional upgrade to a next day service (Recorded Delivery) for an additional charge. Delivery options can be selected at the checkout. Orders received by 3.00pm (providing the product is in stock) will usually be dispatched on the same business day.
Please contact sales@100millionparts.co.uk if you require an alternative delivery service e.g Courier or Special Delivery and we will provide a quote.
Warranty
All of the products on our website are either Brand New / Used or Replacement and come with a 1 Year or 6 Months warranty from the date of purchase. For detailed information about the products condition or warranty please refer to the "Product Specification" section.
We have years of experience in the IT industry and have built strong relationships with manufacturers, we Guarantee that products shown on the site are suitable for use with a particular model, if you require any further information with regards to compatibility please contact us.
Returns
If you wish to return an item, we operate a Return to Base returns policy. Please follow the steps below:
1. Send an email to returns@100millionparts.co.uk quoting your order reference number, the reason you wish to return the item and whether your require a replacement or a refund.
2. Our Customer Services Team will then email you with a Returns No. (RMA number).
3. Please send the item back to us with a note stating the RMA number and your name and return address.

4.Once we have received the item from you, we will raise a credit and refund you or provide a suitable replacement.
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel the purchase of any item within 7 working days of delivery.
- - If you wish to cancel an order which has not been delivered, please send an email to sales@100millionparts.co.uk quoting your Order Reference and the reason for wanting to cancel.
- - If the product has already been delivered, please follow the returns policy above.
We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. Returned items must be received in good condition and in their original packaging. Please note that postage and packaging costs will not be refunded.
